When he stumbled upon an ad for a real estate career, something just clicked—and he had to give it a shot. With that decision, Tom began his real estate journey at the John L. Scott office in Magnolia, where he immersed himself in learning from seasoned brokers who became his mentors.
The moment Tom closed his first sale, he knew he had found his calling. Over the years, Tom’s unwavering dedication and hard work opened doors to exciting opportunities. He discovered a passion for helping first-time buyers and carved out his niche in the new construction market, often dedicating seven days a week to major projects. These experiences sharpened his sales expertise and allowed him to build enduring relationships with clients.
Tom brings passion and expertise to every transaction, making a meaningful difference in the lives of his clients. Together with business partner Rebecca Mitsui, he calls on years of experience to bring detailed, dedicated attention to every step of the process for buyers and sellers.

Global Real Estate AdvisorRebecca’s journey into real estate began with her grandfather, a chief engineer on an Alaskan crabbing boat who used his earnings to build a portfolio of a dozen rental homes. One of those homes became the foundation of Rebecca’s childhood, where she, her brother, and sister were raised by their single mother. His example showed her the stability real estate could provide and inspired her future career.
After nearly a decade as a stay-at-home mom, Rebecca entered real estate in 2001 when her youngest daughter started kindergarten. Drawn to a career centered on helping others achieve their dreams, she built her business on putting clients’ goals first. Her dedication earned lasting trust and referrals, leading her to establish her own successful team by 2019, known for personalized service and exceptional results.
Rebecca’s experience as a home stager gives her sellers a competitive advantage by presenting properties to maximize buyer appeal. She continues to expand her expertise to better serve her clients.
Today, Rebecca and business partner Tom Skepetaris provide expert guidance across all areas of real estate. Combining hard work, passion, and integrity, they help clients with everything from land use and acquisitions to residential and commercial sales.
